The Incubator Shaker is a combination of a shaker and an incubator. The Orbiplus-LT is designed to shake samples while maintaining optimal conditions for incubating microbes or DNA replications. This equipment is essential for cell cultures that require oxygen and nutrients to be evenly distributed throughout the medium, achieved through continuous and uniform shaking.
Orbiplus-LT is engineered for completely smooth and noiseless operation. It features a triple eccentric pin guided system for stable movement and minimal vibration. The shaking motion is powered by a brushless servo motor that delivers excellent torque, ensuring consistent rotation of the tray even under fully loaded conditions.
The system includes a 4.3” TFT touch screen controller for convenient operation and precise programming of time and RPM for various applications. The hood is constructed with inner stainless steel and outer mild steel with powder-coated finish, ensuring durability and superior thermal insulation. The chamber temperature can be maintained between 5°C above ambient to 65°C, accurately controlled using a Pt100 sensor with a precision of ±0.1°C.

Orbiplus-LT is switched off automatically when the acrylic door is lifted for safety purpose. The samples can be viewed through the acrylic sheet placed at the sides of the shaker. UV and fluorescent lamps are fixed to the chamber and it can be switched ON and OFF from the touch controller.
The steel reinforced rubber clamps are used to hold conical flasks. Rubberized clamps for various flasks are available with us for different capacities. The tray can accommodate various flasks ranging from 250ml to 2litre. The tray is a universal tray with a maximum capacity of 25 nos of 250ml flask.
