Orbiplus-ET is a compact refrigerated incubator shaker that combines precise orbital shaking with controlled temperature incubation. Designed for microbial culture growth, cell aeration, enzyme reactions, and fermentation studies, it provides a stable environment with a temperature range of 15°C to 65°C, supported by an in-built compressor for efficient cooling.
The orbital motion is achieved through a triple eccentric pin-guided system, driven by a brushless servo motor for smooth and noiseless operation. The shaking speed is programmable from 50 to 400 RPM with ±1% accuracy, while the 4.3” TFT touch screen controller enables easy programming of RPM, temperature, and time (up to 5 programs, 5 steps each).
Safety features include auto cut-off when the door is opened, insulated hood, and an acrylic viewing door for easy monitoring.
The anodized aluminium trays are removable and universal, capable of accommodating multiple flask sizes (250 ml to 2000 ml). Illumination is provided with fluorescent and UV lights, while a dual blower closed-loop circulation system ensures uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber. Orbiplus-ET is ideal for laboratories requiring reliable, precise, and flexible incubation with integrated shaking.
