Incubator shaker is the combination of a shaker and the incubator. Orbiplus-LT has an ability to shake maintaining optimal conditions for incubating microbes or DNA replications. This equipment is very useful for a cell to grow which needs oxygen and nutrients, that require shaking so that they can be distributed evenly around the culture.
Orbiplus-LT is designed and developed to perform a completely smooth and noiseless operation. It incorporates a triple eccentric pin guided system for a noiseless operation. The movement is driven by a brushless servo motor which has a excellent torque to rotate tray under fully loaded condition.
Orbiplus-LT uses a touch screen controller for more convenient and quicker cooperation. It is timer controlled and it can be programmed for Time and RPM for various applications.Orbiplus-LT has a hood made up of inner stainless steel and outer mild steel with powder coated finish. The temperature of the hood can be maintained between 5°C above ambient to 65°C. Pt100 sensor is used to sense the temperature and the temperature is maintained to +/- 0.1°C.
Orbiplus-LT is switched off automatically when the acrylic door is lifted for safety purpose. The samples can be viewed through the acrylic sheet placed at the sides of the shaker. UV and fluorescent lamps are fixed to the chamber and it can be switched ON and OFF from the touch controller.
The steel reinforced rubber clamps are used to hold conical flasks. Rubberized clamps for various flasks are available with us for different capacities. The tray can accommodate various flasks ranging from 250ml to 2litre. The tray is a universal tray with a maximum capacity of 25 nos of 250ml flask.
