Orbiplus-S is used to agitate substance orbitally in flasks. This has a circular shaking motion whose rpm can be regulated from 50 to 400rpm.
Orbiplus-S is designed and developed to perform a completely smooth and noiseless operation. It incorporates a triple eccentric pin guided system for a noiseless operation. The movement is driven by a brushless DC motor which has a excellent torque to rotate tray under fully loaded condition.
The RPM is displayed in the front panel digitally and the RPM can be varied using a potentiometer attached to the front panel. The RPM is timer controlled and the time is displayed digitally in the front panel. The rotation of tray is sensed by a photo electric sensor for precise control of RPM.
The steel reinforced rubber clamps are used to hold conical flasks. Rubberized clamps for various flasks are available with us for different capacities. The tray can accommodate various flasks ranging from 250ml to 2litre. The tray is a universal tray with a maximum capacity of 25 nos of 250ml flask.
